Dermatology PEARLS is a three-day medical education program designed to provide a comprehensive education experience for PAs and NPs in the dermatology specialty. We pair our educational content with exciting evening receptions and a generous exhibit hall. The GDPA is pleased to host Dermatology PEARLS for our colleagues from near and far. We invite you to join us for three days of intensive education as we build our knowledge and competence in the specialty of Dermatology.
Our meeting planning involves recruiting a faculty panel representing thought leaders in the dermatology specialty and real-world clinicians who provide practical insight into diagnosing and caring for patients.

Lodging Details: We invite you to secure your lodging at one of our two host hotels.
Westin Savannah Harbor Hotel is adjacent to the Savannah Convention Center. The room block is available on a first-come, first-served basis from $249.00 plus taxes and occupancy fees per night for standard rooms plus the Georgia State Hotel-Motel fee of $5.00 per room per night. Hyatt Regency Hotel is located across the river from the Savannah Convention Center with free ferry service across the river. Please refer to the ferry operations schedule for additional details. The Hyatt Regency is also the location of our Thursday evening Gala. The room block is available on a first-come, first-served basis from $295.00 plus taxes and occupancy fees per night for standard rooms plus the Georgia State Hotel-Motel fee of $5.00 per room per night and a $1 per night City of Savannah fee. Once registered, you will receive the lodging links in your confirmation email/landing page. Registrants will use the provided link to make their lodging reservations. Conference organizers assume no responsibility beyond securing reduced rates on behalf of the Participant. This discounted guest room rate will only be available until Wednesday, September 13th, but rooms can sell out before then if the room block fills up. Don't delay in booking!

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy:

A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all registrations canceled before August 1, 2023.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made after July 31, 2023, including no-shows at the conference.

Attendees are responsible for canceling their lodging reservations directly with the hotel.

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of written cancellation.
GDPA reserves the right to cancel the meeting up to four (4) weeks prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and other accommodation expenses.
