Dermatology PEARLS | PA & NP Learning Symposium

2020 Dermatology PEARLS Virtual Conference.

As a result of the continuing pandemic related to COVID19, the GDPA Board of Directors has elected to transform the 2020 Dermatology PEARLS Conference into a Virtual Online Live Conference in order to protect the safety of our registrants, faculty, and industry participants and sponsors.

What is a Virtual Conference?

  • An interactive online event that brings together a group of people so that they can learn from one another.
  • Similar to live conferences, they are very engaging but occur entirely online rather than in a physical location.
  • CME credits and Track sessions will all occur as planned with the exception of our Surgical Workshops which will be canceled for 2020.  Surgical Workshop fees will be refunded to those who previously paid to participate.

New Added Feature of Virtual Conference:

  • Registered attendees in addition to live Q&A with our Presenters will also have the chance to meet with them in our Faculty Hosted Fireside Chats in our Relaxation Station Lounge.
If you have any specific questions regarding the transition to a Virtual Conference please contact Rose Hawker at [email protected]

Dermatology PEARLS is a three-day medical education program designed as a comprehensive education experience for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners working in the dermatology specialty.  The Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants is pleased to host our 12th annual CME Conference for Dermatology PAs and NPs.  We invite you to join us online for a weekend of intensive education to build your knowledge and competence in the specialty of dermatology.

Our 2020 Conference will be held on September 10-12, 2020 online, participants will receive email instructions in advance inviting them to login prior to the start of the meeting.

  • Participant Registration: $199 for GDPA Members and $229 for non-members.
  • Student Registration is $200 but no CME credit will be awarded.
In addition, we will be offering the following breakout sessions:
  • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation Skills Track will be taught an experienced dermatology PA and entrepreneur, Kasey D'Amato PA-C.
  • Neurotoxins Lecture Track and a separate Fillers Lecture Track will be taught by an experienced cosmetic injector, Allie McCallister NP.

Please note: Registration for the conference is restricted to licensed medical professionals and dermatology industry members with an interest in the dermatology specialty.
